I am a cherished wife, sister, cousin, friend and co-worker.Surviving for more than 32 years in the media business.Delivering night after night. The viewer sees only a fraction of the work that goes on behind the scenes.
I founded the network Black Wimmin Artists, a national collective of over 250 Black women and gender non-conforming artists and arts workers.
Working as an artist and being able to be a role model and example to emerging artists that it is possible to work creatively and that the ideas we produce are important and help us understand the world differently.
Curating Three-Thirty, a multi-site public art exhibition that presented artwork on the facade of Pearson Collegiate, University of Toronto Scarborough campus and the exterior of the Malvern Public Library. It was the first time a multi-site outdoor exhibition was mounted in the community of Malvern.
My top three accomplishments would include: 1.) Building and sustaining Canadas leading online magazine for Black Canadians over the last decade. Im proud of how much ByBlacks.com has contributed to helping our community see itself in greatness. 2.) Building that business together with my husband, AND building two other family businesses, AND raising our two children AND still remaining happily married! 🙂 3.) Going from giving out free advice at conferences to becoming one of the most highly sought-after racial equity educators in Canada, helping some of the biggest organizations in the world such as Google, re-imagine their workplaces through an anti-racist lens.

My three majoir accomplishments that has brought tremendous joy to my life are as follows. My first one it the birth of my 4 children they have given me a true scnse of purpose by adding meaning to my life. My second accomplishment that I am extremly proud of was when I received my High school Diploma at age 36 from SCAS Scarborough Center for Altertrnative Learning while receiving the award for outstand academic excellence My third accomplishment was graduating from George Brown College at 41 while receiving the Hororable Jean Agustine Scholarship with my 4 children in the audience .
I founded my own business, Belles Creatives, a marketing agency helping BIPOC and small businesses achieve their entrepreneurial goals online. I was featured on CBCs 150 most interesting Canadians and; I also co-founded Aschenti Cocoa: Canadas first farm to bar chocolate.

1) An Author and Blogger to be able to share words of hope to others; 2) A Broadcaster and Show Host having built a platform to get more information out to those in need and share others; and 3) Grosvenor Ministries, allowing all of my abilities to help develop others
My most important accomplishment is raising a kind, conscious emotionally intelligent daughter. Teaching in Ghana. Helming the makeup dept of the iconic Canadian TV show Degrassi for 15 seasons.
My top three major accomplishments are:
1) Successfully raising three wonderful young adults with my life partner;
2) Pursuing my professional endeavours irrespective of societal dictates: Policing, Attending Law School, Founding True2Soul Network and Broken Whole Media Group & Producing; and
3) Living true to my life purpose of creating safe and empowering spaces for transformative healing.

My top three major accomplishments would be becoming a human rights lawyer; successfully litigating the striking down of bad laws in Canada; and helping Black children and their families successfully navigate systemic racism in education.
I became aware of who my God ( I am that I am) is and the birth of my sons.
My top 3 major accomplishments are my children, the Nikki Clarke Show, and starting the first Black Music /Urban Showcase with Canadian Music Week in 2014.
i) One of the few Black women producers in film, television and performing arts in Canada ii) Independently create, write and produce the first Black a cappella large scale Opera in Canada which is set to tour in South Africa 2024 iii) Building a nation as a mother of two beautiful children and mothering a generation to create, My hwrite and produce works that represent the Africa Diaspora in our own way.
My top three major accomplishments? Firstly, raising two incredible humans, my pride and joy. Secondly, forging a career path as a black woman dedicated to driving positive change. Lastly, simply cherishing being alive – navigating life’s challenges, embracing growth, and relishing every moment.
