My top 3 major accomplishments are my children, the Nikki Clarke Show, and starting the first Black Music /Urban Showcase with Canadian Music Week in 2014.
My top three major accomplishments? Firstly, raising two incredible humans, my pride and joy. Secondly, forging a career path as a black woman dedicated to driving positive change. Lastly, simply cherishing being alive – navigating life’s challenges, embracing growth, and relishing every moment.
Co-author of Beyond Math, a critical thinking mental math workbook for ages 8 to 13 years and currently working on my second book title Notes to my younger self for ages 13 to 25 years. Being a black leader with a voice Initiating and implementing a knowledge platform where employees can share experiences
Being honoured as one of the top 100 ABC women in 2024, I emerged as a winner in the BBPA Rise-Up Pitch 2023; I was named one of the top 100 Black Women to Watch 2023 in addition to other special recognition in 2023.
My greatest accomplishments include mothering three sons. I am also a published author of “Success is a Journey, the Entrepreneur’s Handbook.” Additionally, I achieved recognition as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Mississauga for both 2022 and 2023. In 2014, I was honored with the Microskills Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
I founded the African Canadian Weddings; I authored the book, Motherhood, a Sacred Ministry; Certified Human Resources Professional & Payroll Compliance Practitioner
1. Advancement of Black Women Entrepreneurs: As the founder of BWBN, she created pivotal platforms like the Metro Vancouver Black Women Business Expo,
2. Advocacy in Tech Diversity: Spearheading the Black Women in Tech Project and promoting diversity in the banking and finance sectors

• Sole parenting 3 successful young black women
• 3 successful lingerie stores in a space not previously occupied by black women.
• Being able to climb the corporate ladder in organizations where ‘black female leader’ is still an anomaly.
1. Founding one of the largest independent optometric practice in Western Canada, and providing an inclusive, diverse work environment 2. Author- first book in 2020 3. Family- raising 3 amazing, strong, confident children with my supportive husband, who is also my business partner.
My three greatest accomplishements include, raising my daughter as a single mother to become the thoughtful and caring young lady she is today, founding and leading my own non-profit, Project iRISE, to help survivors of trafficking rebuild their lives, and returning to school to complete my Ph.D. in Public Health.
My number one accomplishment is Motherhood. The miracle of giving birth to and raising my two sons gives me my greatest sense of purpose. Second is starting my own business ReallyOrganizedNow helping working women and third is co-founding MomsEmbracingTech to help women over 50 embrace technology and themselves.

My biggest accomplishments are: Being a Mom to an amazing daughter, Alexandra, Being elected as a City Councillor after being in Canada for 9 years and Being elected as the 1st Black President for UBCM in my second term as a City Councillor .
Becoming President of the Canadian Bar Association through a time of organizational change focusing on young lawyers, diversity, inclusion and belonging Leading the Canadian Bar Association through COVID-19 crisis, Created the Task Force on Justice Issues Arising from COVID-19 in 2020. Created the Racialized Leadership Bootcamp for Canadian Lawyers
I am most proud of achieving top honours at my Master’s degree completion after a turbulent time of life; of raising 3 humans alongside pursing academic and professional goals; and following the inspiration to pursue creative short story writing and the impact it has had on readers…
