Description
Pan Fantasy Steelband will be defending their six-time champion title at Pan Alive (Panorama) 2018 competition
After several meetings with the Festival Management Committee (FMC) for the Peeks Toronto Caribbean Carnival and Ontario Steel Pan Association (OSA) several steel bands have decided to compete in this year’s steelband competition.
Therefore, judging will occur for all competing bands and the 2018 winning band will be declared.
